Carl's Cutting Board is owned and managed by Carl Sundbom (me). I am an IT veteran, having worked for such diverse places as Amazon, Zulily, Barclays and Lehman Brothers (boo!). After relocating to Seattle in 2012,I attended and graduated Culinary School which sparked my interest in sustainable and artisan charcuterie. Carl's Cutting Board is the one of the few companies in Seattle that has an approved HACCP plan from the King County Department of Health, ensuring the safety of our products.
